Teaching
Alongside his performance career Max has maintained a private studio of saxophone, improvisation, composition, flute, and clarinet students for over a decade. His tutees have gone on to study music in college programs like The New School, UNC Greeley, and UCLA.
Max has also given clinics at colleges and high schools across the United States including Northwestern University, The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and The University of Nevada-Reno.
